- Ms. Canfield is a Licensed Community Association Manager, has a background as an administrator in the legal profession for over fifteen years. She was educated at Broward Community College, Ft. Lauderdale College, and the Atlantic Legal Institute. She brings a unique perspective to the LCAM position as she has served as President of the Board of Directors for a Homeowner’s Association for several years, plus other Boards. In February of 2004 she was selected as a candidate for inclusion in the United Who’s Who Registry of Empowering Executives & Professionals. Ms. Canfield went from resident to Board Member to having to deal on a daily basis with property management companies. As she grew tired of having bad service, no service and overcharging of companies, she went into the property management aspect with a different point of view. She wanted to provide the same services to other communities that she had been expecting for her community and did not get.
